There is an exciting opportunity at Evidence Action for a Chief People Officer. The role is based in Washington, DC or Nairobi, Kenya. The Chief People Officer will serve as a key leader within the organization. Our people are an important asset for Evidence Action, and this position is critical to create the framework and environment to attract, retain, and motivate a high performing workforce. We are seeking an exceptional and flexible leader who can help us shape a high-caliber people function as we continue to scale rapidly.
The role is preferably based in Washington, DC. although consideration will be given to locating the position in Nairobi, Kenya. The position will report to the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief People Officer is a newly created and elevated role that will help Evidence Action reimagine and build our people function. The incumbent will lead the global talent and human resource function and will provide substantial guidance and support to the regional and country human resource teams in implementing the global strategy. This individual will serve as a member of the global leadership team.
