There is an exciting opportunity at The Estée Lauder Companies for an Executive Director, Strategy & Operations, Corporate Citizenship & Sustainability. The role is based in New York, New York. This position is responsible for developing the enterprise strategy for the Global Corporate Citizenship & Sustainability (GCCS) function and facilitating the planning of key enterprise initiatives in alignment with the strategy. Together with the VP, Corporate Citizenship & Governance, this person will foster alignment with brands, regions, and functions on priority focuses, and advising priority units on respective approaches and go-to-market messaging. In close partnership with Global Communications and the GCCS, ESG Executive Director, this person will also drive content development for annual report publication.
