There is an opportunity at Mercy for Animals for a Global Evaluation and Impact Manager. The role is based in Los Angeles, California, São Paulo, Brazil, or remote. This role will monitor, measure, and evaluate the impact of the organization’s programmatic work in all regions and strategically communicate global impact and findings to internal and external stakeholders. You will support regional heads, department heads, and team members in all aspects of monitoring, evaluating, and reporting impact and assist senior vice president, international; and president with global strategic planning meetings. Other duties include:
- Monitor the impact of programs and initiatives as set by the global strategy in all regions and departments and provide evaluations for global leadership
- Ensure that all deliverables of the global dashboard project, including all measures of impact against the global strategy, are met and communicated in cooperation with the senior vice president, international
- Liaise with program teams, leadership, regional heads, and external researchers and consultants as needed
