There is an opportunity for an Inclusion & Diversity Program Manager at Amazon. The role is based in Seattle, Washington. This role will help the HR team and our business partners create and execute against our strategic Inclusion and Diversity plans. Working within the Finance, GCA and Legal HR team and reporting to the Sr. Inclusion and Diversity Program Manager, you will focus on initiatives to be delivered within our partner organizations including supporting the pillars of the Inclusion and Diversity plan (pillars include inclusion, retention, recruiting, & leadership engagement) as well as partnering with the Finance Women’s affinity group WiFi (Women in Finance Initiative) to deliver programing, planning, and leadership.
