Campbell’s Soup Company has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Responsible Sourcing & Procurement Risk Management. The role is based in Camden, New Jersey. This person will manage the development and implementation of supplier-related corporate responsibility and risk management strategies. This role will primarily focus on the implementation of the company’s Responsible Sourcing, Supplier Diversity and Procurement Risk Management programs. The role requires leadership, analytical and project management skills to effectively analyze responsible sourcing, supplier diversity, and risk management strategies and to integrate company wide initiatives. Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills are also necessary to proactively engage with stakeholders including Company leaders, suppliers, customers and non-government organizations (NGOs).

The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently, as well as in a team environment. This position will report to the Vice President, Procurement Business Operations & Strategy and work closely with the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program Office to assist with the development and implementation of tools to manage risk around responsible sourcing for the supply base.
