Cisco is seeking a Social and Environmental Responsibility Manager. The role is based in San Jose, California. This role will lead supplier focused social and environmental programs including responsible sourcing and supplier diversity. You will work cross-functionally with strategic sourcing, procurement, manufacturing and corporate sustainability, while developing the future global leaders in sustainability at Cisco.
You’ll provide thought leadership, ensure strong program management, lead with a strong sense of urgency, find opportunities, socialize projects and engage internal teams to connect to sustainability. You will represent Cisco externally with our customers, suppliers, industry organizations and other key partners. You will lead a global team of passionate top-talent individuals who will actively drive SER, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing requirements and opportunities across all of Cisco’s business. You will also be responsible for supply chain SER program goal setting, critical metrics and reporting, focused on transparency and impact.
