There is an exciting opportunity at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for a Sustainability Senior Analyst, Data And Reporting.
In response to BCG’s commitment to sustainability and carbon neutrality, BCG’s Internal Sustainability Team has a remit to consistently monitor, track, and report on our progress against the UN Sustainability Goals and our carbon footprint. The Sustainability Analyst is chiefly responsible for liaising with BCG’s offices and internal functions to collect and validate data, calculate our carbon footprint and report on the progress against our sustainability initiatives. They will also coordinate with our offsetting partner to ensure we comply with data requirements to obtain and maintain our carbon neutrality certification. Additionally, they will coordinate our responses for external third-party benchmarking and monitoring our ratings. They will also coordinate with our PEx team to ensure the use of up-to-date and accurate narrative.
- Focusing with a high level of attention to detail
- Driving project management and working in an Agile environment
- Implementing systems and processes to gather and validate data
- Creating and running reports to facilitate decision-making
- Coordinating performance monitoring and reporting
- Liaising with external and internal partners across cohort levels and regions
Basic Job Requirements
- Subject knowledge in environmental sustainability
- Strong data analytics experience and comfort with data collection and validation
- 3-6 years of experience preferred
- Strong communications skills, both written and oral
