Arcadia Power is looking for a new VP, Sales. This role reports to the COO and is based in Washington, D.C. with frequent travel expected & the potential to work remote for the right candidate. The VP, Sales will be a highly visible, key senior leadership position for the company and will work particularly closely with the executive, product, marketing, and legal teams as well as many others across the organization.
The VP, Sales will, over time, build and lead a lean team of sales, strategy, and account management professionals, and should have a history of effectively managing direct reports and motivating them to achieve sales goals.
