by Shannon Houde

WorkingNation interviewed leaders in sustainability at the GreenBiz 20 Conference in Arizona as part of their #WorkingNationOverheard campaign.

Shannon Houde is the founder of Walk of Life Coaching, the first international career development and talent advisory business focused on the sustainability, CSR and impact sectors.

In this clip, Shannon talks about one of the biggest challenges for companies who are looking to ramp up their sustainability effort and find skilled talent for work in the green job space. “From a recruiter perspective, we look for candidates who are really able to work with people,” Shannon advises, “this is a people-agenda and there’s no way around that.”
