WHY I CREATED THIS COURSE

Starting my career as a corporate in-house recruiter, I then changed jobs every 18 months in a portfolio career, constantly reinventing and rebranding myself from accountant to ecopreneur to conservationist to management consultant.

A decade ago, on the first day of my “dream job” as a sustainability consultant at Deloitte I found out I was pregnant with my first. I suddenly needed more balance in my life and I realized I loved writing CVs and that recruitment agencies really just work for the companies, not the candidates.

So, I decided to create something to help the impact-driven jobseeker. I took all of my years in recruitment, mentoring and training and translated them into methodical 13-step toolkit to help career changers break down the process of landing a job that makes a difference.
